  • WordPress uses the same TinyMCE configuration for all users, so enabling users other than admin to change settings doesn’t make much sense (each time the settings are changed, everyone has to empty their browser’s cache, etc.).

    It is possible to make this plugin user aware, so each user can have different configuration, but lower level users are also restricted by the kses filter that validates the entered html…
