Tiny Framework title and pages issue

I’ve noticed that while my homepage appears correctly, the list of Pages in the footer widget shows the home page as #145 (no title). I don’t want to name it “Home” because then I’d get a “Home” on the home page above the content (don’t want that!).

Any idea how to eliminate that page title so only the Pages list shows? How do I make it read “Home” without giving it that title?
