    Hello,

Here’s my problem : I just transferred a blog from a server to another, everything’s working fine, except for every images which get “thumbnailed” by the timthumb.php script. When I directly run the script, I get a 500 Internal server error. Oh and :

    – I verified the image’s path, it’s okay
    – The cache directory and the timthumb.php are chmoded to 755 (tried 777 too and didn’t changed a thing)
    – I’m not with hostgator (http://code.google.com/p/timthumb/issues/detail?id=8#c21) and the apache server doesn’t use the mod_security

I’m running out of ideas… Got any?

  • In the end I had to change the directory of the blog up to the root of the domain, and the problem disappeared, just like this…
