 * i have the wp 1.5 system up and running at [http://www.nicemess.com](http://www.nicemess.com),
 * however, somtimes when i try to load the site it will time out or come up with
   a word press error telling me it cant access the database.
 * this happens even when i have changed none of the files… any ideas why this might
   be happening?

 * It sounds like you have a very flaky MySQL database server. Have you contacted
   your hosting provider?

 * no not yet,
 * although i also run PHPBB2 on the same server, and this works perfectly 99% of
   the time….
