 * OK basically my problem is I can’t work out how to change the time of posting
   or time of comments, its always 12 hours wrong (too slow, because I live in NZ)
 * I used the General Options tab and “Times in the weblog should differ by:” part
   but that didn’t have any effect.
 * HELP ME? ;_;

 * Basically you have to have in mind 3 different times:
    UTC (also known earlier
   as GMT) your time your host’s/server time
