 * Located in Denmark/Copenhagen I have set the timezone to “Copenhagen” which currently
   would/should result in the time being equivalent to UTC+2, but the result is:

   Universal time (UTC) is 2017-04-18 18:10:24. Local time is 2017-04-18 20:10:24
   and that is 2 hours wrong as the time right now is 18:10 But if I set the timezone
   to UTC+2 I get: Universal time (UTC) er 2017-04-18 16:11:52. Local time is 2017-
   04-18 18:11:52 which is quite right!
 * UnoEuro who is the host for the site runs at UTC.
 * I have tried to add the line
    php_value date.timezone ‘Europe/Copenhagen’ to
   the .htaccess file as top line. No difference??
 * Site language is set for Danish – I just put in the English text for this support-
   Q.
 * I could run by UTC+2 but then I would get the summer/winter timesaving wrong (
   perhaps), but never the less – why does a “Copenhagen” setting put the time 2
   hours off??
 * Please advice.

 * If you don’t have access to your php.ini file, you may need to contact your host.
   Sometimes on shared hosting, they may lock down php functions like time zone.

 * Thanks Jack for feedback.
 * According to the phpinfo from the host (UnoEuro) the timezone is correctly set
   for Europe/Copenhagen (CET).
    And same in the settings on the WP-site in question
   where the timezone is set for Copenhagen but which sets the local time 2 hours
   ahead, whereas UTC+2 sets it correctly. I don’t get it – what am I missing ??
 * All advices most welcome.
