Timezone of iCal

So I have the timezone of wordpress set to London and all events on the website have the correct times. However when subscribing to the iCal feed it uses GMT time so all events from the end of this month have the wrong times on them because our clocks will be going forward an hour.

Also the iCal feed doesn’t seem to work with custom reoccurrences of events, only one off events or regular reoccurring events seems to work with iCal.

Any ideas please?
