# Timezone not converting

 * Hi there,
 * In my settings, I have the timezone support enabled and the default timezone 
   set to UTC/UTC+0. When I create an event, for example in Beijing, the timezone
   is still UTC+0, as indicated in the Event Meta debugger. The expected result 
   should be the timezone being converted to UTC+8 in this case.
 * I have read in one of your comments that you can set the timezone in each event.
   Is there a panel on the edit page to do this or does/should the location in the“
   Where” panel automatically take care of that?
 * I’m on 5.9.4

 * Oops, sorry, I meant the expected result should be the timezone being converted
   to Asia/Singapore in this case.

 * Hello,
 * Are you referring to the Timezone that you set for the created Event? You could
   try checking the latest Dev version. There is a timezone fix in it. (I’m not 
   sure if We’re referring to the same issue.)
