Timezone fix

I am trying to fix the timezone next to the comment in the “comments section”

if you would click on the “about me” and scroll down to see the comments.

you can see the timezone and date next to the comments. for me my timezone is eastcoast USA.

I have tried to play around in the settings > general. But it’s not working! how do i make it work?
