 * Here is my problem. I have a wp install that I am using to publish a monthly
   newsletter. I get the copy from my writer around the 20th of the month. Then
   I start to flow copy into posts.
 * I am usually flowing them on lets say the 21 – 23rd of the month. I want them
   to show be able to publish not draft them on the 21 – 23 but have the timestamp
   show up as the 1st or after of the next month. Any ideas? Let me know if I need
   to elaborate more.
 * Thanks in advance

 * If you set the date of the post to the 1st, then it won’t actually show up until
   the 1st. No way around this without some modifications to the core code.
