I went to the page here:

and you’re right, it looks like something is cutting off and/or overlaying the numbers in your PowerPress player. This is probably due to something in your WordPress theme. You can try this as a fix: Go to PowerPress >> Settings, Advanced Mode >> Media Appearance >> Having issues? Try the options in the pulldown menu by selecting the first one and clicking Save Changes at the bottom. If the first option doesn’t work, try the second one and so on.

You’ve also got another problem in that the media embedded on that page doesn’t play properly. Clicking play on the PowerPress player just causes a high-pitched whistle. Same thing happens at the download link. This could be problem with either the encoding of the file or the server hosting the file.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried all the options from dropdown as you told. But the result is same. What else can I do now?

Could be a problem with either your WordPress theme or another plugin. You can try some of the suggestions on this page to see if you can find the source of the problem:

In your theme, CSS file: http://smallfrybigcheese.com/wordpress/wp-content/themes/DT/framework/css/css.core.css?ver=4.2.5

Use the inspector, it set the height of the divs for the time controls at a height that is too small. Whom ever developed the theme, just let them know, ask them to use the inspector in their browser.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I don’t know the actual developer of that theme as I have started working on an existing website. But let me confirm you that it was good some days before. So may be the problem is somewhere else. Hence I have tried to change the time controls on core css as you advised, but it didn’t make any change. Is there any way to force that height with css from the header?

Thanks a lot for your support. I have solved the problem with your directions. I have to make some changes on css.core.css at DT and also at my theme directory. Then I have to make changes on mediaelementplayer.min.css at wp-includes. Now my player is working good. Thanks again.

    Glad you figured it out.

For those who were wondering, I just used the inspector tool in Chrome (also in Firefox and IE).
