Support » Plugin: WooCommerce Cart Stock Reducer » Timer not showing after adding item to cart

  • First off, thank you for this plug-in! It’s super helpful and is very useful for what I’m going to be using it for.

I’ve just noticed an issue where I can’t get the time to display after an item has been added to the cart, but it displays correctly on all other pages (i.e. in my cart).

I’ve searched on here and found others with the similar issues, but I haven’t installed the plug-in mentioned that was the cause of it.

The only thing I that is different between the two is that when I add something to the cart, I get this code: https://prntscr.com/pjs5of

And this pops up in the error console: https://prntscr.com/pjs9e2

But if I’m on the cart page or any other page, <span class="wc-csr-countdown is-countdown">55 seconds</span> shows: https://prntscr.com/pjs6l7

Is there something preventing the “add cart” from having the “is-countdown” part from showing up causing the issue?

I’m on WooCommerce 3.7.1 and WordPress 5.2.4 if that helps at all.

    Thanks again!

This is the first time I’ve seen that console error pop up associated with this problem. Maybe it will help reproduce the issue, can you share a screenshot of your Stock Reducer settings so I can try to duplicate? What type of product are they?

    Thanks for the quick response!

    Here it is: https://prntscr.com/pjt092

Essentially, it’d be buying a single team in a sports card group break (everyone buys a team, they then get the hits [i.e. jersey cards, autographs]) from the box that is opened.

The console notice is actually coming from JS included by your theme, which appears to be Uncode. Can you send me a copy <james@gnuinter.net> and I’ll see if I can reproduce it.

It looks like there might be a naming conflict between the theme and the Countdown plugin code I’m using.

The ‘is-countdown’ class is automatically added to the span when the Countdown code starts.
