 * Flying Scripts timeout 10sec is to load JS script immediately after user interaction
 * What I want is that even though the user starts interacting with the website
in the first 1 second, the js script is still loaded after 10sec. I want real
time JS delay 10sec and then load. not being interrupted by user interaction
   to load JS immediately
 * Is there a way to do this?
