From CloudWatch it would seem that nothing is wrong I cannot see where the problem is, I have been able to see that ELB some times takes 50 seconds to receive a response from the server, I believe this is what is causing the TimeOut but I can’t see what is causing the delay. one person exports or imports the csv file it works wonderfully, if 2 people do it at the same time, the time to complete the import/export increases and there is a chance of failure for one of them, You could probably also [raise the `PHP Max Input Vars` value to 5000](https://betterstudio.com/blog/increase-max-input-vars-limit/) which is standard with modern WordPress themes. Before doing that make sure you have a full backup in place. * It seems that, by default, CloudFront allows keeping the origin connection open for 30 seconds. If your application needs more than 30 seconds to process and then return a response, then CloudFront might return an HTTP 504 error.
