  • Yes, this is a feature that is found in the Free version as well.

Should you have additional questions which only relate to the Pro version then please submit them through our support page here so we continue in maintaining compliance with this forum’s request of using it only for questions that relate to the Free version.

Thank you and I hope your week has started off great!

I am not getting the timeline photo in the free version,
(I did think that was odd).
I am only getting posts with the thumbnail profile photo, but no timeline cover photo???
    How do I troubleshoot this?

(I always try free versions before going Pro)

Thank you for your quick response.

Please go to your WordPress Dashboard – Facebook Feed – Customize – Misc (tabbed page) – within the first section on the page for options make sure the “Yes” box is checked after the setting “Show the Like Box”

In the next option indicate (using the dropdown selector) as to whether or not you want to view this element at the top of your feed display or the bottom.

Then move down 3 more option settings and place a check mark in the “Yes” box after the “Include the Cover Photo” option.

Click on Save Changes on the page. The Like Box contains and displays your Facebook account’s cover photo in an iframe element that is provided directly from Facebook.

    Thank you that worked.

I had everything but ‘show on top’ ticked…..

Great! Happy to be of assistance and I hope your week goes well.

Hae there David, I think my question is within this category. I would like to display timeline images of posts that i send out instead of visitors having to click to view on facebook. Kindly assist

You can choose to display posts in a feed where the posts being displayed either originate from “you” OR from “other persons only” Or from “both you AND other persons”.

You will find this setting by going to your WordPress Dashboard – Facebook Feed – Configuration (tabbed page) – about the 4th setting option from the top you will see the setting entitled “Show posts on my page by:” – using the drop-down arrow selector simply choose which option you prefer and the feed will be filtered accordingly.
