We’ve been having a few problems timing our posts for a later date…they appear in recent psts before the scheduled time .

Has anyone else found this problem?

    Thank you in advance.

Could it be a problem with your server being in a different time zone than you are, and using the server time?

I cant find the function for timed post in wordpress (there is also no plugin in the codex available)

am i missing something? how do you handle post you wanna send at a specific point?

    Timed.
Go to the Advanced post screen.
    Scroll down
See the Timestamp boxes, check the small box, enter the desired time, click Publish.

If you aren’t sure, do a test post for 5 minutes ahead.

    Ah!

thanks podz. its a little complicated thoug. :-/

for new users (like me) it is not cleary understandable that setting the state to “published” and setting the timestamp to somewere in the future means NOT just posting with an invalid timestamp.

thanks anyway for the fast response!
