# Timeclock NOT WORKING

 * I installed the plugin, uninstalled, and re-installed. Sat on the phone for 2
   hours with the website hosting platform, and no-one was able to figure out how
   to make it work. I can only see the time clock if/when I am logged into my platform(
   WP). That’s great, except I need my employees to be able to use it as well, and
   it doesn’t function. I don’t need a back end timeclock, I need one that others
   can access in order to clock in, and out that will allow me to keep track of 
   employee productive hours. Mine aren’t important. Very attractive, but useless
   with the way it currently functions.

   with are you using the Lite version or the Pro?
