    Hi we love this plugin and many features it has. We just found out the issue “Time Taken”
    feature is not working for us. I have opened a couple of tickets on both localhost and dev server and closed the tickets after some time and Time Taken is showing 00:00:00.
    Can you please advise?

    Hi,

    Do you start time manually?
    You need to press start button manually.

    If you still have problem, please open ticket in our system, we will check it.

    I’t not clear to me what button I should submit?
    I was looking all around.

    Would it be possible for counter to start working automatically when user to whom ticket was assigned (that will be a time saver!)
