# Time set problem

 * I am having a problem setting the time on my blog.
 * UTC time is : 2006-09-23 11:50pm
 * Times in the weblog shoud difer by: -4
 * my default date format is correct
 * my default time format is correct
 * But when I view my site, the time is 6:52am –
    Sun 24 Sep 2006.
 * How can i get it to display the correct time and date?
