Time picker AM/PM to 24H

    * The version of WooCommerce Checkout Manager -> 4.1
    * The version of WooCommerce -> 2.6.14
    * The version of WordPress -> 4.7.3

    Hello, in the plugin there is a time picker but only with AM/PM it is possible to have 24H time picker ? If not possible, maybe can i edit some code to enable it, if you could tell me which fill to edit, it will great.
