Are you seeing an offset of only an hour? Mine is showing an offset of about 7 hours. My server and php timezones are set to EST but the widget is showing HST.

Hi @bpmediaworks and @dljordaneku,
Thank you for your enquiries and accept apologies for a delay. Timetable plugin inherits a timezone indicated in your WordPress settings (Dashboard>Settings>General>Timezone).
Try to pick a proper timezone and let us know if it’s helpful.
@motopress if you look at my site, you will see on the right side where it says On the Air. That plugin also is using the timezone of the system which is set to EST. I have check WordPress settings, set to EST, server settings, set to EST and PHP settings, also set to EST.
When you look at the footer where it says On the Air2, this is your plugin and it seems to be using HST.

@dljordaneku
it looks like the link you provided is not valid http://radio.ckcan.com/
@dljordaneku, do you mean you selected UTC -5 as a timezone? If you switch timezone via WordPress dashboard settings is the time changed at the footer or remains the same?
you can also submit a request to our support team.
@motopress, I think I found the issue. I had the timezone set to Louisville and not UTC-5. Same timezone but I guess the plugin pulls the data differently maybe? If I set it to UTC-5, then it works. Of course, this is breaking another plugin. My server thinks the current UTC time is really EST time and that is throwing my times off. I don’t know if your plugin pulls the time differently based on the time zone selected or what but I can work through the issue from here.
Thanks,
Darrell
Hi @dljordaneku Thank you for your feedback, We’ll also review the timezone preferences in timetable plugin within further updates. Have a nice weekend.
@motopress and thanks for the information and the plugin. It’s doing exactly what I need. 🙂
