 * Hello, just wondered when it is set to not show only after 1 times, is there 
   a time limit i.e. a month, week, day etc or is it forever? Also is it based on
   ip or browser.

 * I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
 * If you set to show the popover if the user has only seen it only 1 time using
   the pop over condition “Popover shown less than” then the pop over won’t show
   until 347 days to the users if it is seen 1 time.
 * Also the timing is set using browser cookie so it is browser specific.
