Time is incorrect

    After the time changed here in the Netherlands (one hour earlier), I updated the time in the wordpress settings by hand. However, you can only choose what time zone or city you are in and my wordpress somehow has an incorrect time.

    It is now set at, for example, 13:25 while it is in fact 13:30. This causes a delay in the publication of blogs, which is a little annoying.

    Anyone an idea if I can somehow change this by hand?

    Hi Susannelx,

    Who is your host? If the time is off by a few minutes, your server’s clock might be off.

    As a really ugly work around, you can set the posting time before you click publish. In the “Publish” meta box in the upper right, you should see something like “Publish immediately.” If you click the ‘edit’ link next to that, you can set the publication time to 4 or 5 minutes in the past, which based on what you know about the server clock, will publish it immediately.
