 * I was wondering if you could help me with the following question, I am having
   am and pm for the time format but I would like to show this as hours from 00.00–
   24.00 is this possible, as I been looking around and no where were I get a clean
   answer.

 * Yes its possible. In what context are you wanting 24 hour time? Calendar? Event
   list? Templates? Also, what is the the time format option in your site’s _Settings
   > General_?
