# Time doesn’t flow

 * Hi, I have succesfully added the countdown on my homepage. If i try a preview
   of the website it works just fine, while if i try to open the page somewhere 
   else (where i am not logged as editor) the time doesn’t flow. I can see the countdown,
   but the count is stuck, if i refresh the page, sometimes it updates sometime 
   no. What could the problem be?

 * We suppose the problem is caused by a conflict on your site. Does your site have
   a cache plugin enabled? Please first try to clear all caches and check on a private
   browser.

 * Hi,
 * i do not have a cache plugin enabled. I only have a button “clean the cache SG”
   on the top menu in my wordpress editor page, but there are not plug-in with that
   name. (i am not a wordpress professional, this is the 4th day i use it). I tried
   cleaning the chache both from that button and the cache of the browser. I tried
   opening the site both from chrome “incognito window” and from edge. the cowntdown
   never worked.
