 * Hello,
 * using wordpress 3.2.1
 * i want to limit users for commenting too frequently… i have used this plugin 
   [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/time-between-comments/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/time-between-comments/)..
   it works but for e.g i have placed the limit for 500 seconds and after passing
   500 seconds comments still not being published…
 * Also edited wp-inclues/comment.php and increased the < 15 to < 500 but did not
   worked at all .. comments passing without any limit
 * Any solution ??
