Tiled Gallery shows up only in the first tab. After clicking on the next ones, nothing shows up (or just the text if it was in the tab) – i.e. http://2017.nolte24.pl/kuchnie-nolte-kuechen-galeria/

What’s interesting – just resizing the browser’s window causes the gallery to show up. It seems like the problem is because the gallery needs to be restarted.

I would like to ask for a js to restart the gallery when clicking on something… ..

  • It doesn’t look like your tiled galleries are running with Photon which is required for it to work properly. Can you please try disconnecting Jetpack from WordPress.com and then reconnecting.

To disconnect Jetpack from WordPress.com, click on Jetpack from your site’s Dashboard and then click on the “Manage site connection” link towards the bottom of the page. Then click the “Disconnect” button to disconnect.

To reconnect, click the green button that says “Connect to WordPress.com”.

Once you’ve done that please head to ‘Jetpack > Settings’ and make sure ‘Speed up images and photos’ is enabled.

Let me know once you’ve done that, and I’ll take another look!

    Hi Lamday,
Thanks for reply. I reconneccted Jetpack and check: ‘Speed up images and photos’ is enabled. If you could look again… .

Hi there, looks like Photon is working now for your site and the connection test are returning pass results:

I also just clicked through the images on your tiled gallery and they’re all showing as expected.

Could you confirm whether this works on your end?

Hi. Images in the gallery are displayed, but only on the first tab. Have you tried clicking on any other tab next to it, like “ART WOOD”? When you click the button, nothing loads. But when you change the dimensions of the browser – it appears.
Therefore, I am looking for js code that I could refresh the gallery display in another tab.

Hi there, I did click through to your next images and they are loading fine on my end. I tested this in two different browsers (Chrome and Safari). I was seeing the issue when you first wrote in, but ever since reconnecting Jetpack the images are loading fine for me.

Can you please try clearing the cache in your browser and then try loading the images again?

Let me know how you go.

Hi Lamday. I do not know what to write. Briefly: I’m not working. Longer: I tested desktop computer, win10, browsers: firefox, chrome, opera, edge, maxton. I also asked colleagues to help with other systems – linux (chrome, firefox), mac (chrome, safari). It also does not work. But it works fine on an Android smartphone – I think this is a matter of other page scrolling.

For clarity: in the first tab on the page (APHA LACK) the Jetpack gallery is working properly. In subsequent (such as ART WOOD) it does not load at all. But if you change the size of the browser window – the gallery appears. Interestingly, by clicking on the white box where the gallery should be located, the lightbox is linked to it.

I think the best and simplest solution would be a script that would start / restart Tiled Gallery display. Is there something like that?

Hi @piotrpl – Ah thanks for clarifying that, I did misunderstand the issue you’re having when I responded the second time around.

I’m going to report this to our developers to take a second look at this. I am assuming it has something to do with the jquery tabs that is set for your theme. Please bear with me.

    Hi @lamdayap.

A little more explanation. Tabs (and the galleries in them) were working properly a month ago. They stopped working after changes in Divi theme. I talked with their support on this subject. But it looks like the change makes sense: instead of loading immediately all the contents of the tabs are loading only the first one, open. Other load when clicked. And here comes the problem: no pulse calling Tiled gallery. I checked that static content in tabs appear correctly.

Thank you for your help so far and hope for good information from your developers.
