    Is there a way to have the tiled gallery block without enabling Photon?

    When i enable Photon it causes my images to disappear on some devices, but i would like the tiled gallery block.

    when i try disable the toggle when enabled i get an error
    Error disabling Site Accelerator. Error: Invalid parameter(s): photon, tiled-gallery, tiled_galleries, photon-cdn (Status 400)

    Hi –

    Which devices are the images disappearing on? Can you provide operating systems and device types? Thanks!

    Can you point me to an example tiled gallery where you’re having this issue on the site?

    All the information i got was Laptop (google chromebook) and Mobile don’t but his mobile works fine when connected via 4G and then works fine after its reconnected to our home wifi. I could not replicate the issue, but the minute i disabled Photon the person who reported the issue said it was fine.

    There is no gallery yet i am wanting to create one but the block isn’t there since i disabled Photon. Hence the question how to use the block when Photon is deactivated.

    Hi @awr10e,

    the minute i disabled Photon the person who reported the issue said it was fine.

    If you enable Photon and let us know which images are disappearing (including the post or page they are added to), we’ll be happy to take a closer look. Being able to see the problem in action will give us a better sense of what is happening.

    Hence the question how to use the block when Photon is deactivated.

    The image CDN needs to be activated before Tiled Galleries can used:

    Without it, it won’t be possible to use this gallery option.

    Forget it then, as i can’t recreate the issue to test it, it would take too long to resolve as it was all images.

    i might give the following plugin a try.
