 * Tiled Gallery block in block editor does not show image caption. This option 
   is only available when using tiled gallery in classic block.

 * This is a known issue, yes, and is due to the way the block editor treats image
   meta, like captions, differently from how the classic editor does.
 * Our team is working on this, but at this point we don’t know when these captions
   will work again, nor do I have any workarounds to offer you at this time.
