Tiled Backgound for Header Body and Footer in Twenty Twelve

    I am trying to get a background to tile and repeat through the body and meet up with a header and footer like on this page. I’m a newbie at this and am customizing the TwentyTwelve theme. Is this possible in WordPress?

    Just realized that is a WordPress site… How do you do that? Going crazy. I’ve read everything I can find. A little help would be greatly appreciated.

    I can get the sides to repeat and tile, but can’t find anything on stopping it on the body and connect to the header and footer.
