• Hi,

Plugin work like a charm for .JPEG files but the .TIFF files are downloaded with 0 bytes.

I have large files hosted on Amazon S3 (linked through WP Offload Media Lite plugin).

How can I fix this issue?

    Woocommerce/ Settings/ Products/ Downloadable products/

    • File download method: Force downloads
    • Access restriction: Access restriction Downloads require login
    • Filename: Filename Append

Try displaying as Links Only and see what happens.

I’ve just tested with a product that has multiple files, a JPG, PDF, and TIF, and the files download fine. Using button + checkboxes as well as Links Only.

Not sure what’s going on your end to be honest.

When I set to Link Only both (TIFF and PDF) works well

The other display methods perform some additional functionality behind the scenes, which might not play well in your environment.

However, the files are displayed on the screen (on the same tab) instead of being downloaded.
I tried the FORCE DOWNLOAD on Woocommerce Setting without success.
    How can I force download?

What happens on purchased files, are they displayed or downloaded?
