Tiered Pricing being dropped for products only on Automatic Scheduled Import

Thank you very much for your time and effort in creating and maintaining this plugin, it is great!

From my query to WP All Import:

Setup:
WP All Import Pro v4.6.9
WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On Pro v3.2.7
Tiered Price Table for WooCommerce v3.1.1

Our Problem:
Tiered pricing is being “skipped” or not importing when the import is done via automatically scheduling with WP All Import Cron.

We have a product import setup that includes tiered pricing, up until about a week ago all was working fine with either automatic or manual imports. However now there seems to be an issue when the import is done via automatic scheduling.

If we manually re-run the import, it pulls in the Tiered Product Pricing fields with no issues and import works as expected. It is only when the import is run via the cron that the tiered pricing appears to be “skipped”.

In the import logs for the manual run we can see that the tiered pricing is being done, however in the logs for the automatically triggered import this tiered pricing section appears to be completely missing!

WP All Imports Reply:

When an import runs via cron jobs (or our scheduling service, for that matter), it’s technically run by an anonymous user, whereas manual imports are run by a logged-in administrator. So, most likely they’re (Tiered Price Table for WooCommerce v3.1.1) using code that expects a logged-in user and thus failing on cron imports.

In this case, I’d suggest contacting the developer (https://woocommerce.com/vendor/u2code-kolya-lukin/) as we can’t troubleshoot third-party integrations.
