 * Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the details and screenshots. From our
   end, this feature is working as expected. However, the issue may be related to
   a product-specific configuration or data inconsistency.
 * To better understand and debug the problem, could you please **export the affected
   product (JSON export)** and share it with us? This will allow us to review the
   tier settings, role assignments, and related metadata in detail.
 * Once we receive the product JSON file, we’ll investigate further and get back
   to you as soon as possible.
