# Tickets not working

 * Hi,
 * I installed the premium version and noticed that tickets are not working when
   trying to add some:
    when I click the “**Add ticket**” button it show the good
   form, I fill it then click on “**Create ticket**“, it loads for a bit then nothing
   happens!
 * I tried to try the same think your admin demo site and it looks like working 
   though

 * BTW I’m using the **version 3.0.2**
