  • I’ve got the plugin integrated into my site and OS Ticket site. When tickets are submitted using the form on my wordpress site, they are getting created and logged, but not assigned to the agent associated with the selected help topic.

    Is this a known-issue with entering tickets through wordpress plugin. Where can I begin with troubleshooting why tickets aren’t getting auto-assigned to agents based on the rules I’ve configured in OSTicket.

  • I tested submitting a ticket through the actual OS Ticket page and not the page created by wordpress plugin and everything works as expected. Ticket is created, assigned to proper agent, email is sent.

    Our plugin doesn’t have that feature yet.
    It basically only sets the department / help topic but not much more.

    Inside SCP you can then assign it to whoever picks it up first etc.
