    I struggled a long time finding the right solution for me. Also tried some ticket systems – for WordPress and standalone.

    The most were just too complex, too much setup, too much in the background.

    With this plugin (I am using already the Pro) it is kept reduced to the point: the tickets itself.

    Setup mailaccount and then you are ready to go.

    I am using it in a small company with three people, but the most important part for me was the mail-piping and so nothing project-related gets lost again.

    …a nice sideeffect is to see WHAT to do next due the ticket-marker (read, unread, outstanding) … with more than 50 mails per day I often get lost.
