Taking your questions in order …
• The tickets are the emails generated by StageShow and can be customised to suit your requirements. Note that the basic version of the plugin (hosted on WordPresss.org) supports “Text Only” Emails so the degree of customisation is limited. StageShow+ and StageShowGold allow Emails in HTML format, allowing much greater customisation. The screenshots for each plugin variant include a screenshot of a typical ticket Email. Here are the links to them: StageShow, StageShow+ and StageShowGold
StageShow does not (yet) have the capability to print on a thermal printer (although it is something I have been working on).
• Yes … subject to the restrictions above.
• StageShow does not include Barcodes. StageShow+ includes “Code 128” and “Code 39” barcodes. StageShowGold adds support for “QR Codes”. There is a Validate section on the StageShow admin page, which can be used to validate tickets either by typing the sale transaction ID, or by scanning with an appropriate scanner. Access to the validation page is controlled by WP Capabilities linked to login accounts.
• Sorry! I don’t understand what you mean by the last question … please explain a little more!
Malcolm
Thank you so much for the detailed reply. Please excuse my bad English.
My last question is can I control that only registered members can place the order/make the purchase.
Also, Can I change the color of seats? Or specify the exact color for specified seat area?
Thanks.

• StageShow does not (currently) allow you to require that only logged in users can make purchases. StageShow+ and StageShowGold do have a feature which allows logged in users to “Reserve” seats (book them without making a payment) but that is not quite the same thing. While it would not be difficult to add this as an additional feature, my feeling is that controlling access to the box office using another plugin would be better. I have used the WP-Members plugin to do just this and can recommend that approach.
• The seats defined by a StageShowGold Seating Plan include CSS classes that can be used to specify seating zones, booking state and even individual seats in CSS style entries. This allows complete freedom over the formatting of the box office output by adding/editing CSS entries. This does require some knowledge of CSS (style sheets) and the means to edit/update a style sheet on the site. (Note: StageShow does not currently included a style sheet editor.)
