    Hi,

    When adding a ticket to a new event, I fill out all the fields, click save, and I’m back to scratch. No ticket.

    I am running Events calendar 4.6.13 and event tickets 4.7.1, I have tried disabling all other plugins and even rebuilding a wordpress install from scratch.

    I had to resort to copying an old event with Duplicate TEC Event plugin. The copy did not retain the ticket, so I changed the original event to the new one and let the copy stand as a past event.

    Now I am running out of old events and have some new ones upcoming. I would be grateful for any help!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If you enable WP_DEBUG in wp-config, try to add a new ticket, do you receive any messages?

    Also, you could try creating a fresh install of The Events Calendar and Event Tickets (delete the folders after backing up database) and reinstall.

    Ditto. Not sure what changed. I made an event about two weeks ago and all was fine. Everything looks right except the ticket isn’t listed on the backend event page nor the forward facing page. If you go to the item in Woocommerce it correctly says the product is a ticket for the event. Very strange.

    I rolled back to 4.7 from 4.7.1 and it works correctly, so something in the update doesn’t add tix correctly to the event page backend, and ergo the forward facing page.

    I just tried again with 4.7.2 on my testing site and it still doesn’t work. Rolling back to 4.7, it works again.

    The same problem is occurring for me. The only solution was to downgrade to 4.7 as @lowerlabpta did.
