    I am a paid customer. Paid for the ticketing system. This morning I tried to make a price change on an event but could not do so and was told that “ticketing currently not available for this website”. I am signed in under settings and this was all working fine before and actually the system will work for the events I previously setup. So what gives. Why is ticketing shown not to be available. I need to make a price change.
    Please reply as soon as you can.

    As per your support ticket, I believe that the API just needs a reset.

    Please proceed to your WP admin panel > Events > Settings >

    Log out of the Timely Network.

    Then log back into the Timely Network using the same email address.

    Then try again, and let me know if it works. Please follow up with the Zendesk ticket.

    Can’t logout. Click on the logout link but then it just automatically logs me back in and the issue remains unresolved.

    This error is likely a result of a plugin or theme conflict (usually caused by a caching or security plugin).. To test this, please try a different theme temporarily such as Twenty Seventeen (be sure to save any theme specific settings), or, disable all plugins and then check if the problem recurrs — then re-enable each one until you find which one caused the problem.

    If it works, then try resetting the API by logging out and logging back in under Events > Settings.

    Let me know the results. If you still have a problem, I will send you manual reinstall instructions.

    Did that yesterday. Deactivated WordFence and it worked for a day. Now broken again.

    I am leaving this ticket closed — please follow up with your existing open internal support ticket.
