    Hi,

    I wondering that How Ticket User Group Works,

    What I understood that, as creating Ticket User group, Only related Group can open ticket, then assigned only Support Manager or Agent in Same group, not for other Ticker User Group.

    So we can seperate the ticket list must shown in only own group people.

    Am I right? or else.

    please advise
