 * Hello, the plugin is really good. Is there an optin or shortcode so that users
   can see their tickets? So the status and the number of tickets.

 * Yes. The “Ticket Manager” page is actually created for you during installation
   and the `[kbs_tickets]` shortcode is added.
 * Users must have registered (have a login on your site) to view all their tickets
   via this page.
