[Resolved] Ticket registration page keeps losing its parent…

  • Hello-

This is strange behavior, and wanted to see if you’ve seen this before. We have our registration form as a subpage on our site, under 2 levels of parents. Whenever the form is accessed, it suddenly has no parent, and the page is accessible only at the root of the site (ie. moves from “www.domain.com/info/eventname/registration” to “www.domain.com/registration”).

I tested that it’s on form access by leaving it alone for several hours, and the page was where I left it. I then proceeded to order a ticket, and immediately, the page lost its parents. Is this a quirk of this plugin, or do you think something else may be interfering?

    Thanks,

Hi there! Unfortunately I’ve not been able to reproduce this. Tried with a single parent as well as two parents. Can you please try and disable all other plugins, revert to using the default theme and trying to reproduce this again?

    Thanks!
