Ticket purchases not getting an e-ticket sent to email

Hello!
I think we have everything set correctly on our events page in that ticket sales show up, stock levels are correct, and a purchase via Paypal generates a sales receipt, IPN on this element is set up correctly, and the ticket sale is logged on the relevant event as an attendee….However the person buying a ticket does not receive an email ticket. They only receive a receipt from Paypal.
IN the tickets section we have filled in the relevant fields for:
Confirmation email sender address
Confirmation email sender name
Confirmation email subjectWel;ve even added an image that is meant to go on the ticket!
What are we failing to do to get tickets sent out?
