ticket purchase/hold time out duration

is there a setting which i can adjust the ticket purchase time out?

ie user puts a ticket in the cart (which effectively takes that ticket out of play)

but then user leaves site without checking out

how long before that ticket “reservation” comes back into play as available for someone else to purchase

and can we adjust that hold duration period?

maybe you guys have it somewhere already and im totally missing it

just point me in the rihgt direction
