    I’m testing out the plugin and have a question about a feature. One feature I see that it’s lacking is priority. Is there an addon or built-in feature to allow the user to select the ticket priority (e.g. low, medium, high, urgent, etc)?

    If this feature doesn’t exist, could such a feature be created using the custom field function?
