We already use the free version for events and it’s great, and I am using http://try.eventsmanagerpro.com/ to gauge the possibility of using it as a possible way to let volunteers schedule (book) themselves for events at our church where we need volunteers.
Is there a way to keep the ticket types in order, or a hook I can look into to keep the order the same as the order entered? Since we want to use it for volunteers, we have some events where we need someone to man a station from 10-11, and someone else from 11-12, and so on. It’s all one event and I want to keep it that way and am trying to use tickets to make the different tasks, but the order of the tickets becomes important in this useage.
The second thing is the confirmation emails. It’d be ideal if we could have booking emails go to different people depending on the event or even the event category, but I did not see a way to set this up. Is that an option at this time, or something that could be created with the hooks?
