• Hi,

    Every time I try to lookup a ticket I get a ticket not found error. I’m using the numbered option in WATS. I installed this plugin about three days after WATS so there were between 6 & 7 existing tickets in WATS. Could the problem be that The plugin sees ticket 8 as like the first one created? thus not finding anything? Is there a way of SYNC both databases?
