# Ticket ID Prefix

 * Using version 8.0.7 of your plugin.
 * I changed the ticket id prefix in the advanced settings, and then created a new
   ticket but the new id is not showing.
 * The setting was “#” now changed to “CL17”
 * I still see #46
 * I am expecting to see CL1746

 * Your changes will reflected into the individual tickets/open ticket. The # does
   not change on ticket list page because of it is static symbol.
