# Ticket ID

 * Hi guys,
 * Can you **hide the tickets IDs** in the title column of the tickets list?
    I 
   have users asking me what is (#8317), (#8322)… in their lists.
 * I do not see any clear benefits in showing these IDs to end users, it just adds
   confusion. They already see the titles, why adding these numbers to titles?

 * A fast feedback after playing around with this updated version.
 * A checkbox doesn’t seem to be working:
    “Show Extended Date In Replies – Hovering
   over replies can show a short date or a full date-time stamp. Turn this on to
   show the full date-time stamp as well as a human-readable number indicating the
   age of the reply.”
 * This checkbox is unchecked but the hover is still working.

 * A date should still show on the hover but it should be a short date string, not
   a long one.
