Hi.

I tried the free version of this plugin. After tested purchase the ticket using this plugin. I didn’t see ticket detail in the email? how to resolve this issue?

Hi, your purchase have to finished. After that you will find the Tickets with all Details. If not check this post: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/purchased-tickets-history/

As @oasche says, the order has to be completed to receive the ticket in the email.

Thanks for the reply.

I already checked the email after completed the order. The customer still didn’t receive the ticket in woocommerce completed order email.
